What data we process
When you fill in the contact form or email us, we process the data you provide yourself: your name, email address and, if you fill them in, your phone number, organisation, location, information about your installation and your message.
We do not collect data through tracking cookies. For visitor statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
Why we process it
We use your data only to respond to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal or agreement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request, or taking steps to prepare an agreement with you.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for newsletters without your consent.
How long we keep it
We do not keep messages longer than necessary: as a rule, no more than two years after our last contact, unless an agreement follows or a statutory retention obligation applies.
Who processes it on our behalf
Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection through Turnstile), Resend (delivery of form messages to our mailbox) and Microsoft (email). Agreements on the protection of your data are in place with these parties. Your data may be processed outside the EU under the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. To do so, email info@rhosusenergy.com. We will respond within one month.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
